Tuition and Fee Schedule
This schedule contains a summary of annual tuition and fees for the 2007-2008 school year. It provides information concerning school costs, payment plans, and financial policy.
Fees and Explanations
Registration and Enrollment Fee: $150.00
This yearly fee is payable with enrollment/application materials. It is a non-refundable fee that provides students and families with administrative and record keeping services throughout the school year.
Two options have been made available for tuition payment. Please indicate on your child’s enrollment/application form which tuition payment plan you are choosing.
Payment Plan One:
Tuition paid in full by June 1, 2007
(A 2% discount is provided for those families choosing this option)
Payment Plan Two:
12 monthly payments due the first of each month, July 2007 through June 2008
(Monthly payments are charged a 3% processing fee)
Book and Materials Fee: $350.00
This yearly fee is payable with enrollment/application fees. It is a non-refundable fee that provides students with all school supplies and curricular materials needed for the academic year.
This fee does not cover the cost of field trips, guest speakers, special extracurricular classes, overnight camps, ski school, etc. as these are organized and/or offered with student’s participation optional.
Sibling Discount: 3%
Tuition discounts are provided for families with more than one child attending Tall Cedars Academy. They only apply to tuition costs and not to any other fees or charges.
Yearly tuition payments are due by the first of June, 2007, should you choose payment plan one. Monthly tuition payments are due on the first of every month, beginning July 2007, and continuing through June, 2008.
Tuition payments may be made with a personal check, credit card. Monthly payments not received by the 10th of the month will be considered delinquent. A $35.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
Enrollment fees and book and materials fees are non-refundable. A portion of the tuition paid in payment plan one or two will be reimbursed based upon the date of your family’s written request for withdrawal from Tall Cedars Academy.
