Hi Borja (I hope you can read English, I understand Spanish but can't write in Spanish) You are so right in everything you say! and there are many people in the world who share your views so…never lose hope. Change depends on us. Even if we feel impotent there is always some sort of improvement..What you do – posting your opinion – is already a start!! By the way, I absolutely LOVE everything you write, poems included.

I stretch mostly for the simple reason that it feels good. I often stretch my legs while at work (a desk job) — often plopping down in the wellness room and spending a couple of minutes stretching each leg. My leg muscles feel calm, relaxed, and very pleasant afterwards, allowing me to focus on my work better. Intuitively, it’s clear to me that something very healthy is happening when I stretch in that way. I’d bet there is a long-term benefit (flexibility, nimbleness, etc) too; indeed, as a 37-year-old, I already see I’m much more nimble than many my age. I’d like to see research on non-performance-related benefits of stretching, like long-term flexibility and agility.

Sometimes we can phrase things differently but first I will answer your question directly:
¿Cuando vino ella?

By phrase differently, I mean, you could ask, When did she arrive? Which would be ¿Cuando llegó ella?

Ich sammele
Du sammelst
er/sie/es sammelt
ihr sammelt
Sie/sie Sammeln
Wir Sammeln

It is rather irregular due to the fact that the ending is simply an "n" rather than the en. This generally only affects the wir and sie forms (excluding the "she" sie, naturally), as their conjugations reflect this, ie – they do not use their normal en, just the n.
