How do I improve my spanish listening skills?

Query by Andrew Tegeler: How do I enhance my spanish listening abilities?
I am in a 9th grade spanish class and I am obtaining trouble listening to what the instructor says in spanish. I sometimes cant understand what she says or I really don’t listen well enough. It is beginning to lower my grade and i will need to improve.

pay attention to Spanish radio and Television, kind a examine group, consult the teacher if any tutoring is offered, consult you dad and mom to acquire laptop or computer Spanish lessons like Rosetta Stone

That is made originally for European languages and without changing the format at all they plugged other languages in. Pretty much a nightmare for Mandarin. Try http://www.activechinese.com instead, and http://www.chinesepod.com is good for supplementary lessons. Also a lot cheaper!

They have more than just youtube videos also to get lessons from.
