Hey, I’d like to share you all my experience on learning Chinese. I’m really mad on the Chinese language when I first time learn it and its culture. Wow, so cool!I can still remember the day I saw a Chinese old man writing Chinese calligraphy. How amazing and exciting! I can not tell the complicated feeling I had at that time. The first thing came to my minds is that I want to learn this language. Then I began my Chinese learning plan. My business was just starting so I dont’t have much time to go to a school to learn Chinese at the time. I tried to find out what was possible to do to learn some basic Chinese at first. But gradually I found that it was a far cry from meeting me. It wasn’t that Chinese was the “hardest language on the earth” for westners to learn. I believe I was able to learn it well so I began to look for some online Chinese schools. After selecting several schools, I had all the free trial lessons with all of them. Finnally, I choose to learn Chinese at MasterChinese since the lesson is rather interesting and informative which I think it would be great for me. Also, the teacher is qualified, friendly. My real Chinese learning journey started. But only then could I find that it was really a big challenge for me. There’s so many things to learn that it’s a huge wall to climb: Pinyin, characters, pronunciation, tones, different sentence structions and so on. I always forgot the things I learnt so I have to repeat and repeat. My teacher Wendy was always patient enough to explain them again and again. I’d like to express my sincere appreciation to my teacher Wendy here. Thank you for her kind help. At the same time, I began to watch Chinese movies and listen to Chinese songs. Bruce Lee’s Chinese kungfu is so amazing. I also loveJackie Chan and Jet Li’s series of movies. The action films are so different from what I was used to. There were always something new and unique in each new Chinese film. By watching movies, I get much know to Chinese and it’s helpful for me to learn the language. There are many Chinese people living around my house. I tried to make friends with them and talked to them in Chinese. They are glad to help me correct my speaking mistakes and I am always invited to have Chinese special foods which were brough from their hometown. You may not have them in any shops here.My interest in Chinese has grown day by day. And I am planing to go to China once I have time. I want to see everything that I have only seen on the internet or heard from others.Anyway, if you want to learn Chinese, I highly recommend you www.masterchinese.com. You won’t want to miss it.

Party solidarity vital in recovering lost ground
THE Sarawak United People’s Party (SUPP) lost eight out of 17 seats at the polls in 2006 — almost half its strength in the Dewan Undangan Negeri. The losing margin was bigger than expected because a number of the toppled constituencies were traditionally SUPP strongholds.
